Manage Your Real Estate Listings From ChatGPT and Claude

You can now add listings, mark a property sold, and check who needs a follow-up by chatting with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Here is what that changes for a working agent, and how to set it up in two minutes.

The dashboard was never the point

Nobody became an agent because they wanted to update a listing status.

But that is a real part of the week. A flat goes under offer, so it needs marking. A seller drops the price, so the page needs changing. A buyer calls during a showing, so their details need writing down before you forget them. A reel does well, so it needs linking to the right property.

None of it is difficult. All of it is small, and small work is the kind that piles up, because every piece of it costs the same annoying sequence: find the laptop, open the dashboard, click through to the right screen, make a fifteen-second change, close the laptop.

From today, if you use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, you can skip that sequence entirely. Connect listree to your assistant once, and you can just say what you want.

What this looks like

"Mark the Bandra sea-view flat as sold, and tell me who I still need to call today."

"Done — that listing is off your public page. Three buyers are due a follow-up: Rohan Mehta (site visit, 2 days overdue), Aisha Khan (negotiation, due today), Vikram Rao (contacted, due today)."

That is the whole feature. You talk to the assistant you already have open, and your listree page and pipeline actually change.

What you can do by chatting

The connection covers most of what agents do in the dashboard day to day.

Your listings. Add a property, change a price, reorder photos, add photos from a link, mark a home sold or rented, take something back to draft while you rewrite it. If you want the description written first, ask for it in the same message — the assistant drafts it, you approve it, it goes live.

Your leads. Add the buyer who called or the couple you met at the open house. Move someone from contacted to site visit to negotiation. Leave a note after a call. Set a follow-up for Tuesday. And ask the question that actually matters on a busy day: who am I forgetting?

Your Instagram reels. Paste a reel, say which listing it belongs to and which comment words should trigger the automatic DM. Comment-to-lead capture starts working from that moment, without opening a settings page.

Your public page. Bio, tagline, brokerage, service areas, languages, social links, the font, the sticky chat button. These are the edits every agent means to get to and never does.

Your numbers. "How did last month go?" comes back as views, enquiries, where the traffic came from, and which listings pulled — in a form you can forward to your broker without building a report.

Why this is different from asking AI for advice

You have probably already used ChatGPT to write a listing description. That is useful, but it stops at the copy: you still have to paste it somewhere.

The difference here is that the assistant is connected to your actual account. It reads your real listings before it changes anything, so it works on the flat you actually have in Powai, not a made-up one. And when it says a listing is published, that listing is live at listr.ee/yourname, visible to the next buyer who opens your link.

It is the difference between an assistant that talks about your business and one that can do things in it.

Set it up in two minutes

No installation. No API key. No code.

01
Open connector settings

In ChatGPT or Claude, find where you add connectors or custom integrations.

02
Paste listr.ee/mcp

That single link is the whole setup. Nothing to download or configure.

03
Sign in to listree

The same login you use on your phone. Then start asking.

It works with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and with editors like Cursor and VS Code if that is where you spend your day. Connect it in each app you use — it is the same listree account behind all of them.

The obvious worry: is this safe?

It is a fair question, and the honest answer is that we designed for it before we shipped.

It only ever sees your account. The connection is tied to your listree login. It cannot read or change another agent's listings, leads, or profile, no matter what anyone types.

Deleting needs a clear yes. Removing a listing, a lead, or a testimonial requires explicit confirmation, so nothing disappears because a sentence was ambiguous. If you want a property off your public page but kept in your history, marking it sold or rented does that instead.

Your plan rules still apply. Free-plan listing limits, Pro-only features like Instagram auto-DM — all enforced exactly as they are in the dashboard. The assistant cannot talk its way around them.

You can cut it off instantly. Remove the connector from your assistant and access ends immediately. The dashboard is still there, unchanged, whenever you want it.

Things worth asking it on day one

Once you are connected, these are good first questions:

  • "What listings do I have live right now?"
  • "Who is overdue a follow-up?"
  • "Add a 3BHK in Bandra West at 4.85 crore, 1,650 sq ft, and write the description."
  • "Mark the Powai flat as sold."
  • "How many people viewed my page last month, and where did they come from?"
  • "Update my bio to say I've been selling in west Mumbai for twelve years."

Go deeper

See everything your assistant can do

The full feature page walks through listings, leads, reels, analytics, and profile edits — with the exact phrasing to use and answers to the questions agents ask before connecting.

Who this actually helps

If you are the kind of agent who does everything from your phone between viewings, this removes most of the reasons you were putting things off until the evening.

If you already run your day through ChatGPT or Claude — drafting messages, thinking through a negotiation, summarising a WhatsApp thread — this closes the gap between the assistant knowing what to do and being able to do it.

And if you have never touched an AI tool, this is a reasonable first one, because there is nothing to learn. You are not writing prompts. You are saying what you want in the words you would use with a junior colleague.

The dashboard is not going anywhere. Photo uploads from your camera roll, connecting Instagram, billing — those still live there, and some things are genuinely faster to click than to describe.

But the small stuff, the stuff that piles up? You can just say it now.

Common questions

The honest answers before you claim.

Real estate has its own way of working: DMs, voice notes, site visits, brokerages. Here is how listree fits into all of it.

Talk to a real agent

Not sure if this fits your brokerage? Book a 15-minute call with someone who knows the agent workflow.

Linktree is useful for creators dropping album links and merch. It is not built for selling a high-value property to a buyer who DM'd you at 11pm. listree is built around photo-heavy listings, instant DM replies on the right property, a real pipeline, and one shareable link that does not look generic.
