Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://www.listr.ee (the "Site") and the listree platform (the "Service") operated by listree ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use listree. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@listr.ee if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Description of the Service

listree provides real estate agents with a link-in-bio hub page, property listing tools, lead capture forms, a CRM pipeline, and optional Instagram integration. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or information.
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its underlying technology without our written consent.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable real estate regulations.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of all content you upload to listree (listings, photos, profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

6. Lead Data

Leads captured through your public hub belong to you. You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any consents required before marketing to leads.

7. Instagram Integration

The Instagram integration is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Instagram features complies with Meta's policies. listree is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

9. Intellectual Property

The listree name, logo, design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks or copy our product.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold listree harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will provide notice by email or in-app.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
