Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated:
listree lets users delete their account from the dashboard. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your listree account, including data connected through Meta and Instagram.
Open Settings
Sign in and go to Dashboard, then Settings.
Danger Zone
Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account.
Confirm
Type your handle, then select Delete my account.
How to Delete Your Account
- Sign in to listree at https://www.listr.ee.
- Open Dashboard, then Settings.
- Scroll to Danger zone and select Delete account.
- In the confirmation modal, type your public handle exactly as shown.
- Select Delete my account. Your public page stops working immediately after deletion succeeds.
If you cannot access your account, email hello@listr.ee from the email address associated with your listree account and include the subject line "Data deletion request".
What We Delete
- Your public listree profile and handle page
- Property listings, listing photos, floor plans, and generated property media
- Lead records, lead activity history, notes, and source attribution
- Testimonials, public profile content, booking settings, and customization settings
- Stored Instagram connection records, including access tokens, Instagram user ID, username, linked media IDs, and auto-DM settings
- Active sessions and authentication records associated with your listree account
Instagram and Meta Data
If you connected Instagram, deleting your listree account removes the Instagram connection stored by listree and stops Instagram comment lead capture, linked-media matching, and automated Instagram messages.
You can also disconnect Instagram without deleting your whole account: go to Dashboard, then Integrations, then Instagram, and select Disconnect Instagram.
What May Be Retained
- Payment, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records that we are required or permitted to retain
- Backups and logs that age out under normal retention schedules
- Data you separately shared with Meta, Instagram, payment providers, or other third-party services under their own accounts and policies
Deletion timing
The public account and dashboard data are removed immediately. Backup and log copies expire under normal retention schedules.
Third-party accounts
Deleting listree data does not delete your Instagram account or data stored directly by Meta or other providers.
Confirmation
Dashboard deletion redirects you to the home page after the request succeeds. For email requests, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data and will respond with the status of your request.
For questions about deletion, privacy, or Meta app data, contact hello@listr.ee.
